Stand tall. Pause for 3 seconds. Say: "Let me think about that for a moment."

💡 Then use the PREP template: Point → Reason → Example → restate Point.

Don't say "sorry". Say: "Could my opponent please repeat that point?"

不要说 'sorry'。说:'Could my opponent please repeat that point?'

💡 It's more polite, more confident, and forces them to re-explain.

更礼貌、更有气场,对手反而要重新解释自己。

Skip to the conclusion: "In conclusion, ___. Thank you."

直接跳总结:'In conclusion, ___. Thank you.'

💡 Better to say less but finish strong. The ending matters more than the middle.

宁可少讲一点,也要把结尾说完。结尾比中间更重要。
